Japanese and Peruvian food? It's possible.

Hi guys, this post is about a food but not any kind of food, is the one type of fusion coisine: nikkei.
Nikkei food is a mix between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. It is possible that it existed a long time ago, but for me it's a nice news. Recently, I discovered it in a restaurant that specializes in this combination that is close to my house and has managed to bring together the two types of kitchens that I like the most. The name of the restaurant is Inari and I arrived to him for the sushi. It´s currently my favorite restaurant.

Although I have tried to make sushi several times, I think I don´t have much skills for that. I copied some recipes but I am not satisfied with my performance. My speciality in food still making "survival food"... and grilling too. I think I need a lot of practice to expand my repertoire of recipes. Fortunately, in my family there are good cooks... I let myself be loved and enjoy home cooking without the problems. Pantrucas, Cazuela or humitas are foods that I love and that I would like to learn in the near future.
